The problem
Most classroom software is built far from classrooms. As a teacher, I kept hitting small frictions — grading delays, unclear progress, disengaged review sessions — that no off-the-shelf tool solved cleanly.
The thinking
Being both the teacher and the developer collapses the feedback loop to zero. I build on Saturday what the classroom needed on Friday.
What I built
Lightweight quiz engines, student progress boards, and revision tools designed around how students in my classes actually study.
The impact
Faster feedback for students, less administration for me, and a live laboratory for understanding how technology genuinely helps learning.
